SJS, owner of Tivoli Dome brand, conducts inspection visit to OIA Towers at New Capital

SJS Marketing, owner of Tivoli Dome brand and a specialist in managing and operating commercial and hospitality developments, conducted a site visit to OIA Towers, developed by Edge Holding in New Capital, to assess the latest construction progress and developments across the project’s commercial zone.
The visit forms part of the ongoing partnership between Edge Holding and Tivoli Dome, which oversees the management and operation of OIA Towers’ commercial zone. The collaboration reinforces the project’s vision of establishing an integrated destination that brings together commercial, administrative, medical, and hospitality offerings under one roof.
Further, the visit included a review of ongoing works and preparations across the commercial zone, alongside discussions on the next steps for fitting out and operating the retail spaces in line with the project’s positioning and strategic location in the Downtown area of New Capital.
During the visit, Tivoli Dome announced new offers and exclusive benefits for prospective buyers seeking commercial units at OIA Towers, as part of efforts to support sales activity and attract a wider range of businesses and brands to the development.
Osama Wagih, Managing Director of Edge Holding, said that the partnership with Tivoli Dome is a key component of the company’s strategy to deliver an integrated development.
He added that partnering with a specialized operator to manage and operate the commercial zone enhances the operational and investment value of OIA Towers.
