He confirmed that the development will be a fully integrated, mixed-use project, featuring a premium location, modern design, and comprehensive services tailored to meet market demands. Elsayed also revealed that VOYA has partnered with one of Egypt’s top-tier consulting firms as the project’s engineering consultant to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product that reflects innovation and diversity in both design and functionality. Commenting on the company’s first project, he stated that ZAT Community achieved remarkable success since its launch, reinforcing the company’s confidence and supporting its strategic expansion into new developments. The ZAT Community spans 10 acres and is designed as a fully integrated residential compound, with completion expected within three years. The project is being supervised by Hafez Consultants.
