He emphasized that the company also follow up on-site work, reviews adherence to technical specifications and schedules, monitors costs and cash flow, and reviews payment certificates and change orders, helping to minimize any deviations from the project’s budget or implementation plan.
Chairman of Arabian Edge assured that risk management is a key pillar among the company’s operations, achieved by proactively identifying potential challenges, developing alternative solutions and scenarios to address them, managing contractual files, contributing to dispute resolution, and reducing the risk of disruption or delays in execution.
He noted that Arabian Edge has signed already contracts to manage several huge projects, a move that reflects the high demand for specialized project management services and marks the beginning of its market expansion plan to offer its services to a wider range of developers and investors.
