Deyaar, Westway, and Harva exceed H1 2026 sales target; Hany Farag recognizes outstanding employees

Hany Farag, Chairman of Deyaar for Construction and Development, Westway, and Harva, honored a number of outstanding employees across the three companies in recognition of their contributions to operation performance and their role in executing business plans and achieving more than 120% of the companies’ sales targets for the first half of 2026.
The recognition took place during a ceremony attended by executives and employees from the three companies, including sector heads and department managers. Employees from various departments were honored for their strong performance and contributions to improving operation efficiency, accelerating project execution, and supporting the delivery of projects in line with planned timelines.
Farag said that investing in human capital is a key pillar of the company’s long-term growth strategy, noted that the success of real estate developers depends not only on expanding their project portfolios but also on building skilled teams capable of executing projects efficiently and maintaining high operation standards.
“The strong performance achieved during the first half of the year reflects the dedication and collective efforts of our employees,” Farag said. “Recognizing outstanding performers is part of our commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, investing in talent development, and equipping our teams to support the company’s continued growth.”
He added that Deyaar, Westway, and Harva are implementing a unified strategy focused on improving operation efficiency, strengthening coordination across business units, and supporting the companies’ expansion plans while delivering projects that respond to evolving market needs.
Farag disclosed that the three companies will continue pursuing their expansion strategy in Egypt’s real estate market, supported by a project portfolio concentrated in West Cairo and a track record that includes the development of more than 125 real estate projects and the delivery of over 3,000 residential units.
He noted that the strategy is focused on expanding the companies’ market presence while maintaining steady growth, pointed out that the next phase will place greater emphasis on employee training and professional development, alongside initiatives to further enhance the work environment and strengthen talent retention in line with the companies’ long-term growth objectives.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of awards and certificates of appreciation to the honored employees, with management reaffirming its commitment to recognizing outstanding performance through a structured incentive and recognition framework designed to improve operation efficiency and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
Farag concluded that the recognition programme reflects the companies’ belief that investing in people is fundamental to sustaining growth, stressed that achieving future milestones will require continued collaboration, a strong commitment to quality, and ongoing investment in developing employees’ skills and capabilities.
