The company has also appointed JLL, one of the world’s leading real estate advisory firms, as the project’s real estate investment management consultant. Meanwhile, ACE Moharram.Bakhoum will provide engineering and construction consultancy services, while RAY Designs, led by renowned architect Hisham Bahaa El-Din, has been entrusted with the project’s architectural design and master planning.
