Wadi Valley, EGY Company forge partnership to offer exclusive Glory Club memberships for The Capital project clients

Wadi Valley Developments signed a strategic partnership agreement with EGY Company for Sporting Services to provide exclusive memberships at Glory Club for residents of The Capital project in 10th of Ramadan City.
This agreement comes as part of Wadi Valley’s commitment to offering added-value services to its clients.
The contract was signed by Dr. Samir Aref, Chairman of Wadi Valley Developments, and Mr. Awad bin Salem Al-Shahrani, Chairman of EGY Company for Sporting Services, in the presence of senior officials from both companies.
Dr. Samir Aref stated that the partnership with EGY Company for Sporting Services reflects the company’s vision to deliver real added value to its clients and to provide integrated services that go beyond the concept of traditional real estate projects.
He said that offering premium sports and recreational privileges to clients enhances the investment experience in The Capital project and increases its overall investment value.
Aref noted that, under this agreement, permanent exclusive memberships will be allocated to new clients of The Capital development, in addition to offering special memberships to existing clients with discounts of up to 50% and flexible payment plans of up to three years.
This cooperation aims to provide exclusive privileges to The Capital clients by offering premium services that enhance the quality of life within the residential community, while also giving unit owners an added benefit through access to a distinguished membership at one of the most prominent clubs in 10th of Ramadan City.
Membership benefits include unlimited access to all club facilities, covering sports, recreational, and social amenities, along with a complimentary gym membership and free access to the Aqua Park.
Aref disclosed that The Capital compound is located in a prime, vibrant area in 10th of Ramadan City, spanning over 7.5 feddans and comprising 124 villas of varying sizes, in addition to a commercial and medical mall that offers a wide range of services and activities to project residents.
The project is considered one of the largest and most modern integrated residential developments in 10th of Ramadan City, according to Aref.
For his part, Awad bin Salem Al-Shahrani, Chairman of EGY Company for Sporting Services, stated that this partnership represents a new model of integration between the sports and real estate sectors, reflecting a shared vision between the two companies to deliver real added value through high-quality services.
