Future Real Estate Expo the largest real estate exhibition of 2025 to kick off in Riyadh on December 4th

The new edition of “Future Real Estate Expo” will take place at Holiday Inn – Al Izdehar Hotel in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on December 4th to 6th, in a huge event considered as the largest real estate exhibition of 2025 in terms of the number of participating companies and the diversity of offered projects, and organized by Egypt Gulf Company.
Eng. Sameh Fathy, Egypt Gulf Chairman, stated that the exhibition’s edition represents a qualitative leap in the level of participation and the number of projects, pointing that 32 company of the largest real estate development companies in Egypt are participating, reflecting the strength of the Egyptian market and its attractiveness to investors and clients abroad, especially in Saudi Arabia.
He added that the offeres projects varies between residential, coastal, commercial, administrative, and hotel, located in diverse areas to apply the varied needs of clients seeking distinctive investment and residential opportunities, as the company was keen on achieving the maximum diversity to suit the needs of its targeted clients, besides carefully selecting reputable real estate companies with strong track records and a proven portofolio.
He assured that the participation of 32 real estate developers in this year’s event reflects the significant confidence in the exhibition and its role in promoting the presence of Egyptian companies abroad, noting that this year’s edition will be the most distinguished in terms of organization and the number of available projects.
He revealed that launching the new edition of “Future Real Estate Expo” in Al-Khobar city in Saudi Arabia, from December 11th to 13th, is a strong start reflects the company’s understanding of the needs of Saudi and Egyptian clients working in the Kingdom, and its commitment to reach them in the most desired areas, which will fulfill their aspirations while simultaneously ensure optimal sales results for the companies participating in the exhibition.
