Wadi Valley Developments awards EGP 300m contract to Summit Construction for The Capital Mall

In line with its strategy to accelerate construction progress and maintain top-quality standards, Wadi Valley Developments has signed EGP 300m construction contract with Summit Construction to fast-track work on The Capital Mall in 10th of Ramadan city.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Samir Aref, Chairman of Wadi Valley Developments, and Eng. Ahmed Grana, Chairman of Summit Construction, in the presence of officials from both companies.
Dr. Samir Aref, Chairman of Wadi Valley Developments, stated that this agreement reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to partnering with highly qualified and experienced success partners, ensuring the project’s execution according to the highest architectural and technical standards.

The project features the largest integrated medical center in the city, along with the biggest cluster of modern administrative offices, a commercial zone that brings together top local and international brands, and a fully equipped hypermarket.
It also includes a gym, spa, and jacuzzi to ensure a comprehensive wellness experience for clients, a safe and well-equipped children’s play area, a multi-purpose event hall, and an underground parking facility covering the entire mall area.
